Offer agreement for the provision of online services
This Offer Agreement constitutes a public offer by Yunna Yurievna Bulatnikova, a sole proprietor registered under EDRPOU No. 3252611129, with a registered address at 17 Sobornosti Ave., Kyiv (hereinafter referred to as the "Provider"), offering online training services via the SendPulse EDU platform.
The subject matter of this Agreement is the provision of online training services by the Provider via the SendPulse EDU platform (hereinafter referred to as the "Services"), under the terms and conditions set forth herein.
3.1. This Agreement shall be deemed concluded upon the User's acceptance of this public offer in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein.
3.2. By accessing or using the Services, the User confirms their acceptance of and agreement to the terms of this Offer Agreement.
3.3. The User confirms that they possess full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement and that doing so does not violate any applicable laws or the rights of third parties.
4.1. By using the Services, the User confirms their acceptance of the terms of this Offer Agreement.
4.2. Acceptance of this Agreement signifies that the User has read, understood, and agreed to all terms set forth herein.
5.1. The pricing for Services and a description of their components are available on the Provider's website at https://www.created.in.ua
5.2. Service prices may be amended at the Provider's discretion. Any changes shall take effect upon publication of the updated pricing on the website at https://www.created.in.ua
6.1. The User is entitled to order Services via the website at https://www.created.in.ua/ in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and the instructions provided on the website.
6.2. The User may cancel a service order at any stage prior to payment.
6.3. The User is permitted to use the website at https://www.created.in.ua/ solely for the purpose of ordering Services. The User is not permitted to use the website for any other purpose, including but not limited to commercial use, reproduction, or distribution of the website's content without the prior written consent of the Provider.
